Nach dem tollen Ame & Yuki - Die Wolfskinder erscheint dieses Jahr der nächste Animationsfilm aus dem Hause "Studio Chizu" von Mamoru Hosoda.

The story of the film is set in the human realm (Tokyo's Shibuya ward) and the bakemono realm ("Jūtengai"). In these two worlds which must not intersect, there lives a lonely boy and a lonely bakemono. One day, the boy gets lost in the bakemono world, becomes the disciple of the bakemono Kumatetsu, and is renamed Kyūta

Ja, ich habe mir diesen Titel ebenfalls vorgemerkt. Als Anime-Fan kommt man nur schwer um die Werke von Mamoru Hosoda herum.

Auch wenn ich bisher noch nicht allzu viel über die Story von "Bakemono no ko" weiß, erwarte ich wieder einen grandiosen Mix aus Fantasy und Drama.

Universum Anime hat sich übrigens bereits die Rechte gesichert und möchte den Film voraussichtlich 2016 in die heimischen Lichtspielhäuser bringen.
