Gemeinschaftsforum.com

In diesem Thread werden fantastische Kurzfilme und Fanfilme vorgestellt und gesammelt, mit Links zu jedem Film (meist YouTube und Daylimotion). Es ist ein Work In Progress Thread und ein Projekt das ich schon lange mal angehen wollte. Ich werde hier nach und nach Filme posten die ich für sehenswert halte (also nicht nur nach meinem Geschmack, aber größtenteils wird es schon so sein, vermute ich, also es wird nicht alles zu einem Thema von A-Z runtergerattert, wenn ich etwas für zu crappy, langweilig, oder übelst-billig halte, kommt es nicht in die Sammlung), dennoch kann natürlich jeder gerne mitmachen und "passendes" Material posten, ich werde die Filme/Posts dann hier in einem Inhaltsverzeichniss übernehmen, damit es auch übersichtlich bleibt. Kommentare zu den Filmen können also gemacht werden (Aber lasst mir erstmal noch ein bischen Zeit zum konzeptionieren.) ;)

Schwerpunkt wird wohl sein, Kurzfilme und Fanfilme zum Thema Sci-Fi, Horror, Action, die auf bestehenden Filmen/Franchises, Comics, Games usw. beruhen, und/oder Filmchen die auf irgendeine Art einfach rocken. Es wird auch ein paar Serien geben. (Allerdings nur jeweils die 1. Folge!)

Bitte jeden Film in einem eigenen Posting! Was und wie und wie viel ihr dazu schreibt bleibt euch überlassen. (Filmtitel in den Betreff)

Luke Scott in cooperation with RED Camera presents "LOOM". A film shot completely in 4K format in the tone and style of Ridley Scott's dystopian Blade Runner. The film was originally intended to help showcase the prototype REDray 3D laser player. The film was constructed for 3D, the film needed to push the limits of the cameras exposure sensitivity and colour range and 4K projection. Visually the film is unmatched to date in it's use of RED's new technology.

Based on the video game Deus Ex Human Revolution, the film dives into the world of Adam Jensen, a Sarif industries' security consultant that gets augmented after an incident that almost took his life away. Although the film doesn't follow the narrative of the game exactly, it remains true to the theme while focusing on the relationship between Adam Jensen, and his ex girlfriend Megan Reed, a scientist hand picked by Serif Industries to head Cybernetic Augmentations. Megan is taken by the Illuminati and is asked to assist them in turning on a mysterious device but she refuses to cooperate. Jensen has been looking for Megan since she was kidnapped and has finally pinpointed her location. Adam faces a complication that he did not account for; Yelena Federova, an Augmented assassin is at the facility where Megan is being held. The film also taps, even if briefly, into Adam's mind and the struggle he must face on daily basis.

"Dirty Laundry" hatte ich erst vor kurzem gesehen und fand ihn besser als alle 3 Filme.

Mir gefiel Tom Jane auch sehr gut als Punisher, aber seinetwegen, nicht weil er nah an den Comics war (da fand ich Stevenson besser), deswegen mag ich Dirty Laundry auch. Da hätte gerne noch ein Film kommen können.

Das war jedenfalls Advents Filmchen Nr. 4, des inoffiziellen GF Adventskalender. :icon_mrgreen:

Am 6.12. (also Nikolaus), gibt es wieder ein besonderes Highlight. :respekt:

Ich packe den Film mal hier in den Thread, falls noch nicht bekannt. Mit einem Budget von 60 Mio. US$ das wohl teuerste Kurzfilm-Projekt aller Zeiten. Interessant vor allem auch deswegen, weil ein halbes Jahrzehnt nach dem bahnbrechenden zweiten Teil gedreht, was auch bedeutet, dass die Effekte auf einem neueren Stand sind, was mangels 3D und der Aufnahmequalität leider nicht ganz rauskommt.

Hinweis: Nicht von den ersten 2 Minuten abschrecken lassen!
Das ist das (schon stark gekürzte) Vorgeplänkel der Live-Show, innerhalb der der 3D-Kurzfilm startet. Ich habe die Show schon in den 90ern gesehen und in natura wirkte das alles wirklich sehr rund.

Trotzdem, wenn ich mir so die Kommentare durchlese, denke ich; kein Wunder wenn "alle" über alles nach T-2 meckern... wer diesen Käse (der T1 und t2 ad absurdum führt) besser findet als T3, T4 und T5 (und das scheinen ja recht viele zu sein), dem kann man es eigentlich gar nicht wirklich recht machen. :icon_lol:


So als "kleine" Skurilität betrachtet allerdings ganz nett, besonders wegen der original Darsteller (wobei John Connor wieder nervt). :D

Nee, ohne Witz, wäre wirklich cool zu erfahren, wie ihr den Lobo Fanfilm findet (oder Spawn, Deus Ex).

Lobo fand ich echt cool gemacht, und der Präsi kam imo ziemlich authentisch rüber. :icon_cool:

Spawn war einfach nur mega und WTF?! So hätte der Film aussehen sollen, von den Effekten ganz zu schweigen. Und bei Deus Ex hatte ich Gänsehaut, eigentlich auch nicht schwer bei dem Score, aber das ging rein wie Butter (und die Babes waren HOT!).


Treevenge vom größten aktivem filmschaffenden Genie Jason Eisener, dessen Ruf man schon einzig und alleine mit Hobo with a Shotgun zementieren könnte, ist ebenfalls wieder ein kleines Stück feine Filmkunst, in der Handschrift des ÜberMeisters. (wollt ich nur mal gesagt haben) :respekt:



So, und dafür gibts für den Rest des Jahres keine Smileys mehr von mir. (sonst kommt mich der Bo holen) (und Klammern sollte ich auch sein lassen, er hasst klammern)

Samurai-Action von Gareth Evans (The Raid 1 & 2) mit zwei bekannten Gesichtern seiner Filme. Der Kurzfilm wurde nur mit den 3 Darstellern und Evans Vorort in Wales gedreht; wäre ja cool, wenn das sein nächstes Projekt werden würde, denn Schwertkämpfe vor feudalen Hintergrund finde ich immer gut:

This film has the most marvelously fucked up history of any film project ever attempted.

It started filming with pretty boy Bobby Beausoleil  It's pretty safe to say that there was much more to Anger and Beausoleils relationship then either of them have reveled, cute little boy toy hanging out and making films with the sixties biggest queer artist.

So they film a bunch of stuff with Bobby and then filming stops.  Beausoleil and others claim Anger ran out of money and drugs, Anger claims Beausoleil stole the film, took it to Manson, where they burried it on the Spahn ranch, Anger loves making up stories... Anyway murder, murder murder murder, stab, stab, stab....

Production stops for a few years enter Maryanne Faithful, for those who don't know Faithful was the late 60's Lindsey Lohan.  Really pretty, great voice, fucked a ton of rock stars, got busted for drug possession at Keith Richards house.  Legend has it members of the Stones were tag teaming her and the cops found a Mars bar in her twat, best viral marketing EVER.

Anyway Faithful still looks good here and stumbles prettily around pretty locations in a heroin stupor.

Yay filming done... But wait there is more...

Anger who is a totally insane over the top Satanist, decides to get the only more over the top Satanist in the world to do the score.  After all who else would be better suited to do the score for this gorgeous tribute to Satanism then Jimmy Page.  Only problem is this is at the height of Pages affair with heroine and the score takes years.

So Anger heads back to his old pal Beausoleil who is now in jail for all that murdering he did a few years earlier, and Beausoleil records the score in prison.

According to accounts, Kenneth Anger originally commissioned Page to compose the soundtrack for this film, however, after 3 years Page had only produced around 28 minutes of material. Page was subsequently fired from the project and the film was released with a soundtrack recorded by Manson Family member Bobby Beausoleil whilst serving time in prison for murdering music teacher Gary Hinman. Hübsch bizarrer, ein wenig undergroundiger Beitrag der australischen Traum-Kurzfilme Proyas... weniger spaßig, aber stilistisch ähnlich ist "Book of Dreams: 'Welcome to Crateland' ausgefallen, etwas experimenteller & undergroundiger & rauher geht es in "Strange Residues" zu...
Diese frühen Sachen gefallen mir zumindest besser als die leicht gehobene Durchschnitts-Genrekost, die Proyas dann ab "The Crow" abgeliefert hat... (Die Tage werde ich mir noch seinen frühen Langfilm "Spirits of the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds" einverleiben, in der Hoffnung, dass der diesen Werken näherkommt als den späteren Spielfilmen...)

Spirits of the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds ist auf jeden Fall ganz anders als The Crow oder I, Robot.  ;)

Das wollte ich schon lange mal verlinken: Es gibt bei Star Trek eine fast unüberschaubare Fan-Szene, die eigene Spielfilme, Episoden und ganze Serien produziert. Der Clou dabei ist die Qualität der meisten Produktionen: Effekte, Besetzung, Ausstattung, Geschichten etc. sind oft bemerkenswert professionell und stecken die meisten kommerziell veröffentlichten Serien wie z. B. "The Man in the High Castle" aus meiner Sicht locker weg.

Sofern man sich also für "Star Trek" begeistert, gibt es viel zu entdecken. Tim Russ zum Beispiel (Tuvok bei "Star Trek: Voyager") ist besonders engagiert als Regisseur und Produzent dabei, steckt via Fundraising rund 400.000 US$ in die einzelnen Fan-Projekte und besetzt immerhin Robert Picardo, Sean Young ("Blade Runner") und Walter Koenig. Seine Werke finde ich aber recht durchmischt. Sein 90-minütiger Pilotfilm "Star Trek: Renegades" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek:_Renegades) für eine geplante Serie hat mir beispielsweise nicht sonderlich gefallen, zählt aber immerhin zum Düstersten, was es bislang im "Star Trek"-Universum zu sehen gab.

Okay, jetzt komme ich zu meiner Empfehlung: "Star Trek: Continues" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2732442) (selbst bei der IMDb schneidet die Fan-Serie gut ab). Dieses Team hat die originale Serie um Captain Kirk weitergeführt. Alles ganz im Stil der Folgen aus den 60er Jahren, aber mit modernen Mitteln produziert und inszeniert. Ich finde das Ergebnis wirklich einzigartig - gleichzeitig retro, verträgt sich aber erstaunlich gut mit aktuellen Sehgewohnheiten. Bislang gibt es 6 Folgen, jede zwischen 40 und 51 Minuten lang, produziert über einen Zeitraum von mehreren Monaten, teils Jahren.

Die unbekannten Schauspieler machen ihre Sache hervorragend, als ob Shatner, Nimoy & Co. damals weitergedreht hätten. Zum Glück wurde es auch nicht einfach eine Parodie der bekannten Charaktere wie bei Bully Herbig. Die Akteure treffen den Ton und den "Spirit" der damaligen Zeit aus meiner Sicht punktgenau. Scotty wird übrigens von James Doohans Sohn gespielt. Für die Effekte war Greg Dykstra zuständig, der als FX-Animator immerhin einige Referenzen hat wie Pixars "The Incredibles", "Ratatouille", "Oben" und "Merida - Legende der Highlands" oder auch "Nightmare Before Christmas" und "RoboCop 2".

Vielleicht interessiert es ja jemanden hier. Gebt der ersten Folge wenigstens mal 5 Minuten eine Chance (bis zum alten Intro ;) ):

Es ist zwar kein phantastischer Film und auch kein Action-Film, aber ein angenehm morbides, leicht ungesundes Coming-of-Age-Drama, das den thread-Anforderungen insofern genügt, dass es - behaupte ich mal - "rockt"... außerdem ist Hauptdarstellerin Lillis, deren erste Rolle das hier sein dürfte - demächst als Beverly in "It" (2017) zu sehen, der ja trotz aller Phantastik doch recht ähnliche Probleme (auf gänzlich andere Weise) aufgreift...

Man merkt dem etwas unrunden Film zwar an, dass er so eine Art Vorstufe für ein späteres Langfilmprojekt darstellt... die etwas absurd überzogene Unwirtlichkeit ist auch nicht so ganz nach meinem Geschmack, aber die ruhige Stimmung, die zurückhaltende Beklommenheit sagen mir sehr zu... und dass die Kamera quasi auf Augenhöhe mit der Hauptfigur bleibt und die Umgebung irgendwie verfremdet erscheint, ist auch sehr schön geworden.
Nachhaltig beeindruckt hat mich vor allem die junge Darstellerin... Kinderstars hinterlassen eigentlich nur selten Eindruck bei mir... Ana Torrent hat es bislang als nahezu einzige geschafft; Jean-Pierre Leaud natürlich, aber der kam ja "erst" mit 13/14 zum Film... (Ich bezweifel, dass das in "It" nochmals gelingen wird.)

Hätte nicht gedacht, das mal über einen Slasher oder Film mit Jason Voorhees zu sagen, aber die Story ist sogar ziemlich gut. Keine dämlichen Teenie-Bratzen, sondern ein Cross Hiker und Abenteuer-Blogger, der auf das "verlassene" Camp Crystal Lake stößt... Bin noch nicht ganz durch, aber sehr professionell gemacht und fast besser als so manches offizielle Sequel und Remake.

Ist einer meiner absoluten Lieblings-Animationsfilme (Giersz war ein Genie!) und wurde nun anscheinend vom Studio Miniatur Filmowych ganz offiziell auf Youtube eingestellt... (wobei mit dem Format etwas nicht ganz zu stimmen scheint; und nach dem Ende kommt noch reichlich Schwarzbild...)

Vor diesem Hintergrund zeigt sich dann auch, wie unoriginell, ignorant, kunstgewerblich, kitschig und mainstreamkompatibel ein "Loving Vincent" (2017) als erster "oil painted feature film" seinem Trailer nach daherkommt...

Myers war jedenfalls richtig gut! Ich fand Jason aber auch ziemlich cool, ging in Richtung "Freddy vs Jason", aber besser imo - vorallem vom Design, (finde den Ken Kirzinger Jason aus FvJ gar nicht gut, sogar die Jason aus den alten Filmen find ich besser). Kommt dem Jason aus Teil 6 auch schon ziemlich nahe, finde ich.

... aber ja, mir hat seine Wut eigentlich auch etwas gefehlt. :happy3:

Hab diesen Shortfilm vor vielen Jahren das erste Mal gesehen. Dieser Thread hat mich daran erinnert und ich würde ihn gern teilen. Er ist nur ein paar Minuten lang.

Bisher fand ich alle Michael Myers Fanfilme billig und langweilig (abgesehen von Michael vs Jason).

Dieser Fanfilm ist anders; kurz, aber sehr cool.

OK, Halloween Inferno (Pt.1,2,3) ist der, mit Abstand, beste Halloween Fanfilm da draußen, und ein echt geiler Kurzfilm.

Chronologisch spielt Teil 1 zwischen Teil 2 und 3. Nach den Credits kommen noch kurze Szenen.

Muss gestehen, darstellerisch und technisch steckt Inferno auch die besten Freitag der 13. Fanfilme in die Tasche (bis jetzt, demnächst kommen Fridays der neuen Generation raus, auf die ich schon lange warte).

Guckts euch an, die Teile sind so brutal, dass sie vielleicht nicht lange auf youtube zu sehen sind.
