No one would ever believe what happened the night Jack Brooks witnessed the brutal murder of his family. His life destroyed, all he has left is an unquenchable fury he's now fighting to control. Now the local plumber, Jack continuously struggles with his memories as his life becomes a downward spiral until his girlfriend Eve convinces him to attend night classes. Little does he know that in that dank, tiresome classroom, his destiny awaits. Evil awakens as Jack unknowingly disturbs the grounds surrounding Professor Crowley 's dilapidated old home. Lured by this ancient demonic power, Crowley discovers a monstrous black heart that quickly forces its way into him. Possessed by the heart now beating in his chest, the Professor starts a slow, gruesome, transformation... One night, as Crowley bursts into a creature of legends, Jack finally discovers the true purpose of his rage as he attempts to save the lives of his classmates and learns that you can't run from your past...

Auch hier funktioniert alles.

Und sieht seeeehhhhr gut aus. Wird auch mal wieder Zeit für einen schön schrägen und abgefahrenen Horrofilm.
Die Hauptfigur find' ich sympathisch. Der Streifen kann kommen!   :dodo: :respekt:

Scheint ja mal wieder ein Richtig feiner Movie zu sein.
Auf jedem Fall Pflicht Film.
Ist immer wieder schön Filme mit R. Englund zu sehen, guter Schauspieler  :dodo:
(Der Rest ist auch nicht ohne)
Mal sehen was für Fassungen da kommen, bzw was die Prüfstelle dazu sagt.

Kommt er in die Kinos, oder gleich als DVD ??

Sieht mächtig cool aus! Wird vorgemerkt und wird hoffentlich nicht so eine "Enttäuschung" wie Slither, der ja nach dem etwas reißerischen Trailer relativ harmlos überkam.

Herrlich trashig-phantastisch und einfach over-the-top. Wenn der Film das nun auch hält, bin ich vollstens zufrieden.  :D

So, der Streifen läuft ja auf dem FFF - weniger als 1 Monat später erscheint aber auch schon die RC1 (7.Oktober).

Ja wie geil ist denn da schjon allein der Trailer?? :o)

Wird wohl ein Fest für Trash-Fans werden. Neben "HELLO, MY NAME IS BRUCE" steht der jetzt auf jeden Fall auch auf meiner "Must Have" Liste. ;o)

Also nach Sichtung war ich schon gut unterhalten. Allerdings frage ich mich, wo der auf der Hülle versprochene Kurzfilm "Teen Massacre" und dessen Making Of verblieben sind. Eventuell ein Hidden Feature? Oder einfach schlampig gewesen?
Wer weiß da etwas?

Ich fand diesen Film doch mal "etwas anders" als das übliche Horrorzeug, das rauskommt.
Die Effekte sind gut, Schauspieler überzeugend und der Film unterhaltsam.
Mehr brauch ich dazu eigentlich nicht schreiben, den meisten Horrorfreunden dürfte er ziemlich gut gefallen.
Herausheben möchte ich auf alle Fälle das Schauspiel von Robert Englund. Vor allem im Klassenzimmer, bevor "es" passiert, das war schon stark. Gefiel mir sehr gut.
Ich geb dem Streifen 7/10 Punkten.

Das war eigentlich schon schon irgendwie klar, gut dass es wahr wird :) Das Ende deutet eindeutig darauf hin.
Ein kleines Highlight am FFF gewesen :D
