"The story revolves around two best friends in Europe (played by real-life best friends Sammy Hung and Kane Kosugi) who love martial arts. They are Hung Gar exponents after learning the art from Hung's father (Sammo Hung). When they want to learn other forms of martial arts, they head off to China in an attempt to learn the art of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. Kosugi's character wants to learn the art because his grandfather was once defeated by a female exponent of the art and wanted to learn but never had the chance to. When the duo head to China, they learn that the Choy Li Fut school is being challenged by a rival school. Hung and Kosugi enter a martial arts tournament to save the future of the school".

The martial arts in the movie will be choreographed by Sam Wong, who is a former member of the Jackie Chan stunt team. Choy Lee Fut is a Souther Chinese form of Kung-fu, here is a example of the techniques of the style and what they have to do to become a great fighter.

mmmmh....sind natürlich einige Legenden beteiligt, aber der Film an sich könnte auch enttäuschen...mal abwarten.
Auf jeden Fall schön mal wieder Yuen Wah zu sehen...Choreograph Sam Wong kennt man als Armeeausbilder in Police Story 3 (hat nen coolen Kampf mit Jackie)...
Lau Kar-Wing (hab ihn zwar nicht im Trailer entdeckt) würd ich auch gern mal wieder sehen (da krieg ich gleich Bock auf Odd Couple mit ihm und Sammo).

Sieht doch soweit ganz ansprechend aus.  ;)

Die Optik, die Musik und die Atmosphäre des Trailers sagen mir nicht so zu...bin deshalb nicht allzu euphorisch, obwohl mich wie gesagt der Cast erfreut.
