Doug's in the remote woods for a routine episode, until he's awoken by an earth-shaking crash. Things get weirder as it becomes clear Doug isn't alone. Someone or something is watching him. Hallo?? was isn das für ein Spoiler-Poster? Das Vieh sieht man erst zum Schluss.


Der Film ist ziemlich gut, der Typ ist wie Bear Grylls und der Film erinnert bischen an Backcountry. Es ist kein Found Footage oder Wackelkamera Film, es gibt einige Szenen die so sind.

Jo, leider ist das Vieh die (einzige?) auffällige Schwäche des Films, da war kein Geld für ordentliches CGI da. Das Design war annehmbar. Man sieht es sowieso nur 5 Minuten zum Schluss, oder so.

Das Vieh aus Genetic Code sah aber noch viel schlechter aus.  ;)


Leider macht das Poster echt alles kaputt.  :viney:

Klar, ich habe mir so ziemlich jedes "Predator"- und "Alien"-Rip-off reingezogen. Laut meiner Liste habe ich "Genetic Code" damals 7/10 gegeben. Fand den überaus actionreich und spannend für ein B-Movie. Allerdings das letzte Mal im August 1997 gesichtet.
