From Adam Egypt Mortimer, the director of the excellent Daniel Isn't Real, and SpectreVision, the company behind Mandy and Color Out of Space, comes Archenemy, an upcoming film that casts Joe Manganiello ("True Blood") as Max Fist, a hero from another dimension.

The plot crunch explains, "Max Fist is a hero from another dimension who fell through time and space and landed on Earth. No one believes his stories except for a young kid named Hamster. Together they fight drug dealers and their boss 'The Manager' to help take back their city."

Glenn Howerton, Skylan Brooks, Amy Seimetz, Zolee Griggs and Joseph D. Reitman also star.

Mortimer wrote and directed the film.
