Casino - Nicky Santoros Todesszene

Hallo Leute,

wir erinnern uns ja alle an die Szene im Maisfeld als Nicky und sein Bruder bearbeitet und getötet werden.

Jetzt habe ich unter einem Video folgenden Kommentar gelesen:

This scene has at least 20 seconds of the beating cut out of it when compared to the theatrical version. A version that I haven't been able to find since Channel 4 (UK) aired it in the late 90's.

Notice how in this cut, Pesci's nose is bleeding for no appaerent reason before he gets beat up. This is because he was punched in the face by Anthony to keep him down in the other version. The head splitting is zoomed in almost out of focus whereas it wasn't like that in the OG version. Pesci spends alot more time in his Y fronts in that version getting beaten black and blue before they roll him into the hole.

It actually turned my stomach at the time it was so graphic.

I guess the censors wanted it ripped up.

If anykne knows anything more about this, i'd love to hear it.

Dann wäre auch endlich die 8MM Szene bestätigt, die weit mehr Leute als nur der eine im Kino damals gesehen haben    inklusive mir...
