"Jericho" Endzeitserie von CBS - Wann bei uns?

Weiß jemand wann und in welcher Form "Jericho" in Deutschland zu sehen wird?

Die erste Folge hab ich während meines Urlaubs in den USA gesehen - war ne ziemlich maue Sache.
Der Regisseur ist/war Jon Turteltaub - nuff said!  ;)



OT, ich weiß, aber meine allgemeinen Eindrücke zu den neuen Serien:


Von den drüben neu angelaufenen Serien beginnen vor allem "Kidnapped" (mit D.Lindo und J.Sisto), "Heroes" (mit Ali Larter und A.Pasdar) sowie "Smith" (mit Ray Liotta, V.Madsen und Amy Smart) sehr verheißungsvoll!  :respekt:

"Shark" (mit James Woods) hab ich leider verpasst, "Studio 60..." (mit Matthew Perry und Amanda Peet) mochte ich auch nicht so gern, Bruckheimer´s "Close to Home" hat mir sehr gefallen.

"Kidnapped" mit Jeremy Sisto, Delroy Lindo und Timothy Hutton

"Smith" mit Ray Liotta, Amy Smart, Simon Baker und Virginia Madsen


This series revolves around a tight-knit group of criminals lead by a mysterious man named "Smith." With the FBI hot on their trail, the main character, Bobby Stevens (Ray Liotta) is determined to follow through with just a few more heists before retiring from the business in order to live a normal life with his family.



Jerry Bruckheimer´s "Justice" mit Kerr Smith


This series follows a group of top-notch lawyers, each with formidable skills in their respective area of law expertice, while allowing viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how cases are tried in the media.



"Standoff" mit Ron Livingston
(gefiel mir nicht ganz so gut)

Part-action/part-romance, this series follows the lives of negotiators in the FBI's Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU). Two of the negotiators, Matt and Emily are involved romantically and happen to be one of the best teams at CNU. The two have decided to keep their relationship secret until a situation forces their private life into the public eye. Will CNU allow these two to continue working together?




"Shark" mit James Woods


A cutthroat defense attorney (James Woods) switches sides and joins the Los Angeles District Attorney's High Profile Crime Unit. His courtroom antics are legendary and at times, he goes too far, much to the chagrin of his boss, the D.A.



"Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" mit Matthew Perry und Amanda Peet
(gefiel mir nicht ganz so gut)

This much-anticipated drama from Aaron Sorkin and Thomas Shlamme focuses on the hilarious and sometimes stressful behind-the-scenes antics of a popular, late-night sketch comedy show not unlike Saturday Night Live.



"Jericho" mit Skeet Ulrich
(gefiel mir nicht ganz so gut)

What if you lived in a small town and suddenly the entire town is cut off from the rest of the world? When a nuclear cloud is spotted, the town of Jericho, Kansas is led to believe the worst as happened and that they may the only people alive. Complete chaos ensues and puts the entire town in danger, not from the threat of the possible nuclear explosion, but from each other.



Jerry Bruckheimer´s "Close to Home" mit Jennifer Finnigan   


Close to Home stars Jennifer Finnigan ("The Bold and the Beautiful", "Committed") in a legal drama that tears away the facade of suburbia to reveal that sometimes quiet and tranquil streets can hide the darkest of crimes. Annabeth Chase (Finnigan) is a young, aggressive prosecutor with a perfect conviction record who tries the cases that take place in her own backyard. Returning to work after having her first child, Annabeth is ready to take on the most difficult cases, fueled by her passion.

Evtl Spoiler

Episoden 1 und 2 von Jericho haben mir jedenfalls schon mal sehr gut gefallen und ich werde die Serie weiter verfolgen. Allerdings wird dieses Thema für mich nicht länger als 1, maximal 2 Staffeln interessant sein, da es irgendwann einfach nichts mehr zu bieten hat. Jetzt bin ich noch neugierig, was von der Welt(ich beziehe mich dabei nur auf die USA, da dort die Serie spielt) außerhalb noch übrig ist, ich freue mich schon, wenn zum ersten mal eine verwüstete Stadt gezeigt wird(was bei einer Serie mit diesem Szenario eigentlich Pflicht sein sollte  ;) ), oder weitere Überlebende auf Jericho stoßen. Außerdem will ich noch wissen, wie das Nahrungsproblem gelöst wird, denn ewig halten die Vorräte auch nicht.

Zu Heroes muss ich sagen, das mir der Pilot ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat und ich bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht.  :respekt:

Nachdem "Jericho" recht gut gestartet ist, auch wenn es Zuschauerverluste gab, dürfte es durchaus für die 1. Staffel reichen. Ebenso "Heroes", welches nun eine komplette Staffel bekommen wird. "Kidnapped" hingegen wird nicht verlängert. Nur mal so ein kleines Update.  :respekt:

Nun aber doch noch einmal zurück (OT)...

"Kidnapped" hingegen wird nicht verlängert. Nur mal so ein kleines Update. 

Wenigstens wird nicht abgebrochen und das Ende offen gelassen, so dass man sich auf eine nette DVD-Box freuen kann:

According to Broadcasting & Cable magazine, which cited multiple sources with knowledge of the situation, NBC has asked the writers to wrap up the plot line at the end of the 13 weeks. Also ich bin ja wirklich überrascht(kann nichts dazu sagen, weil nicht gesehen), das eine Serie mit Ray Liotta abgesetzt wird. "Smith" wird von CBS komplett aus dem Programm geschmissen. Wann und ob die restlichen Folgen ausgestrahlt werden, steht noch nicht fest.  :icon_eek:

Zu der Frage, wann Jericho bei uns kommt, kann ich auch nichts sagen. Aber vor Sommer nächsten Jahres, wird sich da bestimmt auch nichts tuen. Aber das ist so eine Serie, die RTL im Samstagnachmittag-Programm bringen würde.  :icon_lol:

irgendwas neues zu "Shark"? Das scheint mir die interessanteste Serie von den obigen, zu sein.
Auch wenn Pasdar, seit Profit ein Stein bei mir im Brett hat. Und Liotta hat doch auch mit einen Kinofilmen nicht mehr so viel Glück in letzter Zeit.

"Jericho" hat sich in den USA bei ungefähr 11Mio Zuschauer nach 4 Folgen eingependelt (1. und 2. Folge ~14Mio 3. und 4. 10-11Mio) und wird nun von CBS auf eine volle Staffel mit 22 Folgen verlängert.  :respekt:

Was neues zu einer Ausstrahlung in Deutschland ist mir bisher leider nicht über den Weg gelaufen.

Pro7 hat die Serie erworben und plant eine Ausstrahlung 2007, höchstwahrscheinlich am Mystery-Montag. Einen genauen Termin oder Zeitraum gibt es noch nicht.  :respekt:

NBC has found a novel solution to the problem of what to do about a serialized TV drama that has attracted millions of fans -- but not enough millions to justify keeping it on the air. That has been the case of the critically praised Kidnapped, which failed to capture a significant audience when it was launched on Wednesday nights against strong competition. When the network moved it to Saturday night, the lowest-rated night of the week, the audience slumped even further -- especially since many potential viewers had not been able to follow the serialized plot. The program has now been yanked from the network altogether. Jericho Gets Two Distinct Seasons

"Jericho," CBS's hit freshman drama about the aftermath of a nuclear explosion in a small, peaceful Kansas town, will be broadcast without repeats for the remainder of the 2006-2007 season.

The network announced today that it has devised a scheduling pattern to broadcast "Jericho" in two distinct seasons. "Jericho" will conclude its "fall season" with a cliffhanger finale on Wednesday, Nov. 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and come back in February with all original episodes for the remainder of the season.

"Jericho" will return on February 14th with a recap special looking back at the first 11 episodes, followed by an original episode on February 21st. The all-new episode on February 21st will provide a look into life in Jericho the day before the nuclear bombs exploded.

To sustain audience momentum and update potential new viewers, CBS will create an online destination for "Jericho" during the show's 10-week intermission. The site will include original content, interactive elements, recaps and sneak previews.

CBS will also continue to stream all episodes of "Jericho" broadcast to date on its broadband channel innertube. Currently, "Jericho" is the Network's most-streamed program on innertube.

"Jericho" stars Skeet Ulrich, Gerald McRaney, Ashley Scott, Pamela Reed, Kenneth Mitchell, Lennie James, Sprague Grayden, Michael Gaston, Erik Knudsen, Brad Beyer and Shoshannah Stern.

Jon Turteltaub, Stephen Chbosky and Carol Barbee are executive producers for CBS Paramount Network Television.

In a related announcement, Kevin James, Leah Remini and Jerry Stiller return with original episodes of "The King of Queens" in December.

CBS will broadcast back-to-back new episodes of "The King of Queens" on Wednesday, Dec. 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and Wednesday, Dec. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET). New episodes of "The King of Queens" will also be broadcast on Wednesday, Dec. 20 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) and Wednesday Dec. 27 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT). Seven more episodes of "The King of Queens" to be broadcast in 2007 will be announced at a later date.

CBS will also announce additional programming for the Wednesday (8:00-9:00 PM) time period at a later time.

So, eine offizielle Meldung habe ich noch  nicht gefunden, aber es sieht wohl tatsächlich so aus, daß CBS Jericho eingestampft hat.

Naja, die Quoten gingen immer weiter runter und eure Euphorie in allen Ehren, aber was ich so an Kritiken gelesen habe (ich kenne tatsächlich noch keine Folge), war eher unterirdisch - die SFX hat das Endzeitdrama als mit Nichtigkeiten gefülltes Tralala auf Seifenopernniveau bewertet, dazu noch reichlich klischeebehaftet.

Kann ich schlecht drüber urteilen, aber ich hab auch schon "Surface", das recht ordentlich ankam, als schwach gesehen. Mal schauen.

Das stimmt, der Touch von Seifenoper ist vorhanden, hat mich persöänlich aber nicht gestört, wenn die Welt untergeht, darf man auch mal gefühlsduselig werden, so schlimm wie Dawson's Creek oder One Tree Hill ist es dann aber doch nicht. Surface fand ich aber auch nicht gut.

Eine vierte Staffel von Veronica Mars ist übrigens schon so gut wie sicher, man muß ja irgendwie das Gilmore Girls Loch stopfen.

War, wie oben genannt wegen der Quoten, eigentlich vorhersehbar. Allerdings hätten die Macher nicht so optimistisch sein dürfen und aufgrund des Erfolges zu Beginn, als die Serie auf eine volle Staffel verlängert wurde, direkt auf einen Cliffhanger hinarbeiten. Schwach, nun könnte es in Staffel 2 am Anfang richtig krachen und Story wurde auch schon zurechtgelegt und dann sowas. Schade schade, wollte zu gern wissen wie es weitergeht. Naja, man kann nicht alles haben.  ;)

Gestern ist das Herbstprogramm von CW eröffnet worden, und Veronica ist wirklich nicht dabei, gecancelt ist sie offiziell allerdings auch noch nicht, gerüchteweise fällt nächsten Monat erst die endgültige Entscheidung.

Da die Fans der Serie in den offiziellen, sowie eigentlich allen anderen, Jericho-US-Foren an die Barrikaden gegangen sind und zum Boykott, sowie versenden von Mails mit dem Inhalt "NUTS" an CBS, aufgerufen haben, ist der Sender nun zu einem Kompromiss bereit und verspricht der Serie einen Abschluss. In welcher Form(ob ein anderer Sender, eine Mini-Serie, ein TV-Film oder wenigstens ein paar Episoden) dieser kommen soll, ist nicht klar.

Das wärs ja, wenn zum ersten Mal eine Schar von Fans etwas bewegt.  ;)
