Plot Summary: Dreamer (Enrique Almeida), a Los Angeles gang member, suffering from severe memory loss, searches for his brother's murderer with the aid of his brother (Noel G). He secretly enlists the aid of the investigating Detective (Resmine Atis) and her unstable partner (Tom Sizemore), while other members of his gang are mysteriously and sadistically murdered.
