Endlich gibt es sie auf DVD, allerdings habe ich auf Amazon.ca gelesen das sie teilweise cut sein sollen?

Kann das Jemand bestätigen?

Das wäre sehr ärgerlich, nach so langer Zeit dann so ein Müll zu releasen.....

"Like most other reviewers, I was thrilled when I learned that Alliance would be releasing all seven seasons of the Outer Limits in boxed sets. However, before buying you should be aware that these are not the episodes as they originally aired on Showtime (complete with brief nudity and strong language), but the edited (and censored) versions meant for general syndication.

That aside, I was still very glad to finally get the entire series on DVD. And with episodes like "Bits of Love," "Dead Man's Switch," "Music of the Spheres," "The Revelations of Becka Paulson," and "Feasibility Study," among others, season three was one of the stronger of the series. Unfortunately, I can only rate this three stars because the editing does affect the quality of some of the episodes ("Double Helix" comes to mind), and the fact that there are absolutely no extras on these DVDs--not even brief episode descriptions on the liner. "
