Jep, geile Kisten, wirklich GEILE Kisten, ..., aber, ..., für mich (nehme mal an wie für euch auch) spielt MAD MAX eben in einer postapokalyptischen Welt, ..., und da gibt es eben eher keine neuen Autos sondern, wie in MAD MAX 1-3, Autos, die "zusammengeschustert" wurden.
Aber, schau mer mal, vielleicht kommt da ja was Gutes auf uns zu.

Die Frisur von Charlize im (bzw. für den) Film gefällt mir aber schonmal nicht...   ;)

Na ja, in einer kaputten Welt läuft man wohl eher nicht mit Wella-Fönschnitt herum (15 Uhr, Australien, Welt am Arsch, aber die Frisur hält...)

Noch  mal zu den Autos: Man darf nicht vergessen, dass in Teil 1 auch noch nicht die völlig zusammengeschusterten Kampfbuggies herumgefahren sind wie in Nr 2; von der Stimmung her war das ja auch noch keine postapokalyptische Welt, sondern so ein Zwischending, wo die Technik noch funktionierte, aber die Gesetze sich langsam auflösen. Gefiel mir vom Setting her eigentlich sehr gut, wenn die daran anknüpfen (also eher reboot) und die Autos dementsprechend gestalten, why not ?

Ja, es ist konsequent, trotzdem wäre mir der Ford Falcon lieber gewesen. Allein die Autos werden dem Film schon etwaigen Kultstatus verwehren. Aber ich denke das ist auch gar nicht das Ziel. Ist vielleicht auch besser so.

Mad Max: Fury Road Completes Principal Photography

After six months, the new Mad Max film Mad Max: Fury Road has completed principal photography (via If.com.au). The bulk of the film's production was in Namibia and South Africa.

"Fury Road" is the fourth film in the Mad Max series and the first entry in over twenty-five years. It features Tom Hardy in the role of Max Rockatansky alongside Charlize Theron as Imperator Furiosa. George Miller is directing the film from a screenplay he wrote with Brendan McCarthy and Nico Lathouris.

According to Miller, "Mad Max is caught up with a group of people fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by the Imperator Furiosa. This movie is an account of the Road War which follows. It is based on the Word Burgers of the History Men and eyewitness accounts of those who survived."

Mad Max: Fury Road also stars Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: First Class) as Nux; Hugh Keays-Byrne (Mad Max, Sleeping Beauty) as Immortan Joe; and Nathan Jones (Conan the Barbarian) as Rictus Erectus. Collectively known as The Wives, Zoe Kravitz (X-Men: First Class) plays Toast, Riley Keough (Magic Mike) is Capable, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (Transformers: Dark of the Moon) is Splendid. They are joined by supermodel Abbey Lee Kershaw as The Dag and Courtney Eaton as Fragile, both of whom are making their big screen debuts. Also featured in the movie are Josh Helman as Slit, Jennifer Hagan as Miss Giddy, and singer/songwriter/performer iOTA as Coma-Doof Warrior.

The cast is rounded out by well-known Australian actors John Howard, Richard Carter, supermodel Megan Gale, Angus Sampson, Joy Smithers, Gillian Jones, Melissa Jaffer and Melita Jurisic.

Die Karre zum Schluß ist ja wohl mal sensationell!  :eek: Und der Dirt-Look soll bitte auch im Film so bleiben. Dann steht nem Kinobesuch nix im Wege. (sofern man nicht ähnlich vorgeht, wie bei "The last Stand")

Mad Max: Fury Road is going back for three more weeks of additional filming
Now we are learning that MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is going to be doing some additional filming in Miller's native Australia with the principal cast in tow. These are not being called "reshoots" but rather additional filming which could just be a fancy way of saying reshoots. I would think that after six months of shooting and almost a year since that ended that the filmmakers would have known what they had and what they still needed to get. The budget for MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is already north of $100 million so what we have now is the question of whether the movie is going to be good enough to make that money back. Miller was long rumored to be filming MAD MAX: FURY ROAD back to back with MAD MAX: FURIOSA. We haven't heard anything about that second chapter for a while so it is unknown what the hell is going on. MAD MAX: FURY ROAD is still tentatively slated for a 2014 release, but I will temper my expectations until we actually get some hard evidence the movie is complete.  (joblo.com)
